We use the checkout facilities of Paypal, which has been thoroughly proved as a secure online payment provider. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from us - just a debit or credit card.
We accept all the payment methods that Paypal provides: Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Solo. Please note that Paypal bills American Express cards in US Dollars, so you may be liable to a currency conversion fee if you use this card. Please note that Paypal cannot accept payments from customers in Singapore - however, you can still pay by card over the phone.

When you buy an eBook, you will receive a .mobi file and a .epub file. The epub file is the one used by almost all e-readers.
Please note that we do not offer PDFs for download - therefore the files cannot be opened by Adobe PDF Reader.
On a computer, you need a special eBook reader designed to open eBooks. We recommend Adobe Digital Editions, which is free and available for PC and Mac. This software uses the ePub format. Alternatively, you could download the Kindle reader software from Amazon's website (also free) - this also uses the ePub format. There are also eBook readers available for all mobile phone and tablet platforms - please use Google to find a suitable app. The mobi format is also provided, and used to be the format required for Kindle - but in most cases you will want to use the ePub version.
If you wish to buy an eBook to be read by several people, then you may need to buy more than one licence, even if you download the file once. For instance, if you are obtaining the eBook for use by a number of people in a homegroup, we'd ask you to purchase one copy per group member.
Please see the licence you agree to here.
For videos, you may purchase a single copy of the videos for viewing in a small group, or watch them free from YouTube.
The rule of thumb is: if you'd need more than one physical copy, you'll need to purchase the same number of digital copies.
Add items to your basket as normal. Digital download items do not have a delivery charge. When you complete the checkout process, you will be taken to a page where you can download your files. You'll also receive an email at the email address you used on Paypal containing links to all the downloads. You have 24 hours following purchase to download your files. After that, the downloads will no longer work. Please ensure that you download your files in time, and take suitable backups of the files - in other words, treat your digital copy with the care you would a physical copy.
